We started our school day with jewels hidden in pasta as our treasure.
Little Dude had rotini and green jewels.
Sweetie had macaroni and red jewels.
And a hunting we will go!
Working on our hand/eye coordination.
And sorting into smaller spoons...

The jewels were from the Dollarama (of course) and were actually stickers, so we put them onto the x's.
And Sweetie practiced her scissor skills. Little Dude didn't have the hand strength yet, so we set him loose.
And "X" pancakes for dinner. Any ideas for "G" shaped food?
